This site contains many features to help users with disabilities navigate easily. These features are described below:

Browser Support

The Spatial NI website and map viewer should display correctly in all current web browsers and has been designed and constructed using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for visual layout.

Screen Resolution

The Spatial website and map viewer has been designed to make maximum use of screen resolutions measuring 1024 pixels by 768 pixels or greater and is fully responsive for mobile devices.

PDF Format (.pdf)

Some of the information on the Spatial NI website is available to download in PDF format to provide easier reading and printing offline.

Font/Text Sizes

The Spatial NI website makes use of style sheets that allow for flexible resizing of fonts to meet user requirements. If you find the font sizes are too small, simply increase the default font size used in your web browser.

Navigation Aids

Top level navigation is visible on the Spatial NI website at all times.

Visual Design

This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout and all presentation has been separated from content. If your browser does not support style sheets, the content of each page is still readable.

Images

All images are described in alt text or with a 'null' tag if graphic only.

Links

Links to pages contained within the Spatial NI website will open in the same browser window. Links to PDF documents that you can download will open in a new browser window.
